Ian is married to Rebecca, the clinical director of Knox Podiatry, and jointly runs the business.

Ians practice manager role is to ensure the non-clinical aspects run like clockwork. Ian manages the administration, decontamination, and support staff and manages contracts with hospitals, Health Centre, Allied Health providers, and rest homes.
